The Sims 4 - I'm A Lover Challenge: Bookclub (Chapter 1.2)
I had breakfast at Hogan's Burger Bar with Gunther and Maaike. As we were waiting for our food, we continued our conversation from yesterday about our love for books and about Avant Gardes. I am extremely keen on joining the club. Whatever they do during club gatherings is what I would usually do too, so I applied.
I was accepted into the club. Everyone in the club loves drinking coffee and it's one of the club activities, so we definitely had to order coffee. For the food, I had grilled cheese, Gunther had veggie burger and Maaike had tofu dog. When our food and coffee was served, we continued chatting as we ate.
We had a gathering at the library later in the day and I was introduced to the other two members in the club, Hugo and Yuki.
"Hi Hugo. Nice you to meet you"
"Nice to meet you too, Claudia."
"I see that you're in High School. How's school?"
"It's fine."
"I presume English class is your favorite?"
"Yes, I want to pursue an English Major in University."
"That's great, I'm an English Major too. I've just graduated and I'm applying for the Writer's Career to become the bestselling author for romance novels."
Reading and writing are of course part of the club activities. After getting to know Hugo and Yuki who are both High School students, I went to practice my writing when there was a computer available. Gunther and Maaike are both writers at Walrus Books, the book company in Windenburg. If I get accepted, I will become their colleague.
