In the book, "complete the Outdoor Enthusiast aspiration" was written on one page of Parker's generation with all the tasks the be completed

When Kathleen decided to take charge as the head of the towns after the Goths and Landgraabs ran away from the attacks which destroyed Sim world, she wrote a book of rules and missions to be achieved by the heir of each generation. This book which was made using scraps of paper is to be passed down to the next heir after the current heir had completed their lifetime mission.

The next morning, Parker told Peppino about going for a vacation at Granite Falls. Little Peppino was excited, completely oblivious that it was going to be tough.

Parker made sure his garden is well enough to withstand the next few days without any tending.

Off they went on a vacation to Granite Falls.

During their stay at the campground, Parker dug rocks, looked for frogs and harvested plants.

They did spend lots of time fishing. Sometimes they fished together and sometimes individually, depending on what Parker had to do for the milestones and their mood.

Poor Parker had to eat unidentified plants to get them identified.

They went to the national park twice. The first time was for Parker to harvest plants and catch insects.

Parker needed to catch beetles for a milestone and hadn't been able to find any at the campground so he went to try the national park but it was futile.

He brewed lots of herbal remedies to increase his herbalism skill.

There's a few spots outside the bathroom at the campground where insects will appear so Parker kept going to those spots to catch the insects, hoping to catch beetles.

After catching insects at the spots outside the bathroom for a few days, Parker finally caught beetles and can progress to his next task which is to grill them on the campfire.

A brave and adventurous Parker ate the beetles.

Their second time going to the national park was to go up into the deep woods where the hermit lives. Parker had to befriend the hermit who wasn't at home when they arrived, so he and Jaycee went fishing while waiting. Little Peppino was exhausted so he went to nap on a log bench.

When the hermit came home, Parker went to visit him and they chatted.

After befriending the hermit, Parker went back to fishing and a refreshed Peppino joined in.

The deep woods had plants that Parker needed to harvest to get a task completed but he had to stay there for quite awhile for the plants to be harvestable. While waiting, he decided to fish and earn as much money as possible. A messed up Parker took a moodlet solver to bring up all his needs and fished throughout the night.

After almost a week of camping and wandering around Granite Falls, Parker finally completed three out of the four milestones. A responsible and caring Parker feels guilty for making his wife and son go through all these hardships with him. Jaycee and Peppino did have days when they were so messed up and Parker couldn't be there with them. On the last night and morning, Parker decided they should have some enjoyment as a family.
