Hello Windenburg. I am so happy to finally be here. I can't wait to settle down, start my dream job as a writer and find my true love.
My name is Claudia Garcia. I have just graduated from University and moved out of my family home in Willow Creek to live adulthood independently while I work hard on my lifelong dream to be the bestselling author for romance novels and live a happily ever after love life.
It's the morning of my first day in Windenburg and I decided to go explore. I started the day sitting at a cafe with my Cafe Latte. As the morning passed, more people came and I went to approach a guy. I needed to meet people, especially guys.
"Hello, my name is Claudia. Nice to meet you."
"I'm Gunther. Good to meet you."
"I see that you were reading. What are you reading?"
"I'm reading The Glutton Spiel. You seem very interested. You like books?"
"Yes, I'm a bookworm. My dream job is to become a bestselling author."
"I'm a bookworm too. Since you like books, I'll introduce you to a bookclub that I'm in. It's called Avant Gardes. We are currently gathering so all the members are here. Why not meet our awesome leader, Maaike." Gunther then went to ask Maaike over.
"Hi Maaike. Nice to meet you."
"Hi Claudia. Nice to meet you too."
The three of us book lovers chatted non-stop and by the time I realised the time, it was almost evening. I bade goodbye to them and went to walk around the town before going home.
When I got home, I spent the rest of the evening on the computer searching for a writer job and practiced my writing.
