The Sims 4 - I'm A Lover Challenge: Climbing The Career Ladder (Chapter 1.5)
I am very fortunate to have my writing recognized by my superior. It's my second week in Windenburg and I worked extremely hard this week. Just a few days into the career and I've got my second promotion. Getting promoted means two things, I'm one step closer to fulfilling my dream of becoming the bestselling author but I have to work harder.
Watching TV is also work for me because that's where I get most of my inspiration to write my novels, through watching romance dramas.
I managed to complete writing a few books this week and submitted three books for review. Regarding my novels, I have a good news. My second book, Bawdy Language, which I submitted last week has been sold to a publisher and is now out in the world.
My hard work paid off and I got my third promotion later in the week. Not only am I lucky to have my hard work recognized, I'm also lucky to have amazing colleagues who invited me out to celebrate my promotions. We had a great night chatting.
What's a party without some dancing and drinks.
On my off day towards the end of the week, I received a call from my superior telling me that one of the three books I submitted this week, Tugging Heart Strings Like a Puppeteer, has been sent for competition. I was beyond shocked upon hearing this news because if I win this competition, it will greatly increase my reputation and popularity.
I am so elated and surprised until I needed to tell Gunther this good news immediately so I texted him.
