The Sims 4 - Off The Grid Island Living: Getting Stranded (Chapter 1)

Hey everyone! It’s been two years since my last post, but I am back! I’ve actually thought of returning many times but now with the pandemic that’s affecting the world, I’m finally back since I'll be mostly at home and have lots of time to play.

Along with my return, I bought the Island Living expansion and decided to do the Off The Grid challenge as I explore the pack.

Kelly Linton is stranded in the island of Sulani, after the boat she was on capsized while on the way there for vacation. Since all her belongings were lost at sea, she had no choice but to slowly build up and make Sulani her home.

Adapting to a new lifestyle on the island shouldn't be difficult for Kelly since she has the traits of active, love outdoors and child of the ocean. Her aspiration is beach life, to be laid back, enjoying the sand and sea, which was why she came to Sulani for vacation. She can still fulfill her aspiration but that's after she has made enough money and has a complete home.



When Kelly got to the shore after hours of swimming, she wasted no time to start earning money, through fishing and beachcombing.





While trying to make money from beachcombing, Kelly also had some fun, by building a sand sculpture.



She had to swim across for the bathroom as it is located on another shore.



After a whole day, Kelly was hungry and went to look for food at the bonfire.



Just when she lighted up the bonfire, she saw someone making food on the grill and went to help herself to a serving.



She happened to be seated with a guy while eating and not knowing anyone on the island, she had to open up.



As it was already night time, Kelly was starting to feel tired and went to sleep on a lounge chair, ending her first day on the island.



It is going to be a struggle for Kelly from the second day onwards, not only in earning money but in maintaining her needs well!
